Controller and contact

Data and purposes

The Buy, Rent, Sell and Contact forms request a name, email address and optional phone number. Depending on the form, they also request the area or town, budget or indicative price, property type and a description of the search or property. These details are used to respond to the enquiry and, if requested, prepare the preliminary steps of the transaction or professional assignment.

Do not include identity documents, bank details or particularly sensitive information in these forms. The website has no advertising opt-in checkbox and does not use an enquiry to subscribe you to marketing communications.

Legal basis

Enquiries relating to a potential assignment are handled on the basis of pre-contractual measures requested by the person concerned. General enquiries are answered on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, subject to the right to object. The temporary control of repeated requests is based on the legitimate interest in protecting the service against abuse.

Providers and destination

Enquiries are sent to legal@ruberhome.es through an encrypted SMTP connection using the hosting provider's email service. Hosting and email providers are involved in the technical provision of the service. The owner must verify the processing terms and safeguards applicable to the contracted service.

Enquiries are not published or automatically sent to owners, buyers or property portals. If continuing the transaction requires sharing information with other parties, the scope will be defined and the relevant information provided.

Retention and security

The form does not store the enquiry in a website contact database: it sends it by email. Messages are retained as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where there is an assignment, for the periods applicable to that relationship and its legal responsibilities. The controller must review and delete enquiries that are no longer needed.

To limit repeated submissions, the website keeps an identifier derived from the IP address and a counter for a maximum of ten minutes. This control does not store the original IP address. The hosting provider may keep technical logs for the security and operation of the service.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable by writing to legal@ruberhome.es. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es. If consent is used for an additional purpose, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

External services and review

The WhatsApp link, when enabled, opens a third-party service only when you click it. Email links open your configured email application. The final version of this policy must be reviewed when the domain is registered, providers are confirmed and the message retention procedure is established.
